OPPO Promises ColorOS 16 Expansion To More Devices

JAKARTA OPPO officially launched its newest firmware, ColorOS 16, in Indonesia through the launch of the Find X9 series on Wednesday, November 5. This firmware was promised to come with many improvements.

At the launch of the Find X9 series, OPPO confirmed that ColorOS 16 will be extended to more devices. Although it is not explained which type of device will get the update, this firmware will be expanded before December.

"Building on Android 16, ColorOS 16 brings all the iconic smoothness such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and experiences connected between devices," said Fan Mo, ColorOS Product Manager of OPPO in Jakarta.

Rows Of Updates In ColorOS 16

In this update, OPPO emphasized the improvement in smoothness and stability of the system. Fan Mo stated that the interface is now smoother with an increase in stability of up to 52 percent compared to the previous generation.

ColorOS 16 is now controlled by an AI feature that makes everyday experiences much better. This AI feature also supports the smooth running of applications so that users can access the software without experiencing delays or other problems.

Another AI feature that is considered useful in this update is the ability to summarize meeting voice recordings or interviews instantly. Users simply record voice and AI will immediately produce smart and structured summarys.

The AI feature is also embedded in creativity and content writing on social media. AI can help users see a big picture by combining multiple tasks and creating ideas quickly. AI can also create captions.

Another innovation is an AI Mindspace feature that can collect information and take action from various applications. This feature can help users in designing a three-day travel plan based on Mindspace's content and memory.

Next, there is Mac Connectivity support that allows smooth work between mobile phones and Macs. Screen Mirroring features are also here to support users in running their mobile apps directly on Macs. These connectivity features will also be present on Windows PCs.
