Realme GT 8 Pro Pocket TDRA Certification, Global Launch Is Getting Closer

JAKARTA - Realme has been scheduled to launch a flagship smartphone for the Realme GT 8 and GT 8 Pro in China October 21. However, a new certification indicates that the Pro model will also soon touch the international market, beyond its India debut plan next month.

Realme GT 8 Pro, which comes with model number RMX5210, has recently been approved by the TDRA authorities of the United Arab Emirates. This certification strongly hints that the global launch of this device is in sight. Although specific details about the hardware or features are not included in the list, this news adds to the belief that this flagship will be available in the international market as soon as launch in China.

Based on the reports circulating, the Realme GT 8 Pro brings impressive high-end specifications:

Screen: 6.78-inch flat BOE Q10+ OLED Panel with 2K resolution support and 144Hz refresh rate. To improve gaming performance, this screen will be paired with an R1 chip for better graphic rendering.

Camera: Tough rear camera system consisting of:

- 50MP main sensor (1/1.56 inches, OIS).

- 50MP ultra-wide lens.

- Samsung HP5 200MP telescope lens with 3x optical zoom.

The device also reportedly supports acam module that can be replaced and a Ricoh GR color profile for improved photography.

- Performance: Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and powered by a jumbo 7,000mAh battery.

- Charging: Supporting 100W Wired (wired) fast charging and 50W wireless (nirkabel).

- Operating System: Coming with Realme UI 7 based on Android 16.

Additional Features: Covering dual speakers 1115E, linear 0816 X-axis motors, ultrasonic fingerprint sensors inside the screen, and chassis ranked IP68/69 for water and dust resistance.

Although the Pro model is almost certain to enter the global market, Realme has not confirmed whether the standard GT 8 variant will also be launched outside China.
