JAKARTA - In the 2025 Solution Day, Telkomsel signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OpenAI, to strengthen the capabilities of sustainable artificial intelligence (AI).
As part of this MoU, Telkomsel will explore the implementation of real-impact cross-industrial solutions, ranging from optimizing customer services to data-based innovation, with OpenAI technology support.
In addition, Telkomsel also plans to present ChatGPT Enterprise for employees to increase AI literacy and productivity.
This collaboration is expected to expand access to AI technology for millions of Indonesians by utilizing the Telkomsel network which reaches remote areas.
Apart from OpenAI, at the same time, Telkomsel also strengthened its collaboration with various sectors, through the signing of cooperation with SCSK and PERTAABI.
Through collaboration with SCSK, Telkomsel will present network solutions that combine reliable devices with connectivity services and managed services.
