Komdigi Creates A Special Team To Control Indonesia's One Data Program

JAKARTA - Minister of Communication and Digital Meutya Hafid stated that he had prepared a special internal team that would be tasked with overseeing the implementation of the One Data Indonesia (SDI) program at the national level.

This internal team consists of the Director of Digital Government Technology Strategy and Policy Technology, Director of Digital Government Infrastructure, Director of Digital Government Applications, Director of Digital Space Supervision Strategy and Policy, and Director of Digital Space Control in data security work groups.

He emphasized that the success of the SDI program really depends on the integrity and success of the data presented. Therefore, this special team was created to help improve the availability, quality, and security of data managed by SDI.

"The SDI data must ensure the ease of sharing its use, and must uphold the norm of protecting personal data," said Meutya in her official statement on Wednesday, August 20.

Meanwhile, to ensure that SDI has good and actual quality, Meutya invites central agencies and local governments that have data in SDI to always updating data.

"The active role of every central and regional agency in updating data is very crucial," he said.

Meutya emphasized that the Ministry of Communication and Trade continues to support SDI so that it can become a credible national reference, as well as become the foundation for digital transformation of more inclusive and sustainable government.
