JAKARTA Samsung celebrates the launch of its newest foldable phone in Indonesia through The First Galaxy AI Live Creation - Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip Launch. The event was held on Wednesday, July 30.

At the event, Samsung showed off the advantages of their Artificial Intelligence (AI) feature with a number of Galaxy Teams. Some of the Galaxy Teams that were present included Vidi Aldiano, Reza Rahardian, Ariel Tatum, Prilly Latuconsina, and Yura Yunita.

There are several features highlighted in the event, including the capabilities of Reduce Noise, Audio Eraser, to AI Summarize. Reduce Noise is a feature that can reduce interference during audio recording.

This feature is available in the Samsung default Record application so users don't have to record audio in a quiet place to get a clear sound. In addition, there is an Audio Eraser feature that can control the sound in the video.

When users record various moments, they can set what type of audio they want to highlight. This feature utilizes AI so that the system can recognize audio in the form of noise, wind sound, speakers, and others.

All of these features are in One UI 8, a new operating system (OS) that is guaranteed to be much better than the previous OS. For now, One UI 8 is only available on the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Fold 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra.

Team Galaxy also shows off the AI feature on the Galaxy Watch 8 Series. In this smartwatch, users can now access AI Agent on Your Wrist which supports real-time conversations.

Although it is still text-based, this feature that utilizes Gemini is useful for its users. They can activate Gemini, then ask any questions in voice. After that, the AI feature will provide a response in the form of text.

There are still many AI features in One UI 8 that can be accessed on the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Fold 7, including Now Brief, AI Photo Edit, AI Traslate, and AI features. Some of the features available on this latest foldable phone will be extended to older phones in the coming months.

Samsung first opened the pre-order periods of the Galaxy Z Flip 7 and Fold 7 on 9 July. This initial sales period is still open until Thursday, July 31. Samsung confirmed that the initial delivery phase of its cellphone will be carried out on August 14.
