Apple will add direct translation skills to its messaging app. This feature will reportedly work on incoming messages and outgoing messages so that users can still communicate even though they are cross-language.

This feature will be supported directly by Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Apple Intelligence. It is not yet certain whether this feature will be available immediately when iOS 26 is launched.

Cover Animated Albums On Lock Screens

Apple has presented the cover of the animated album on Apple Music some time ago. On iOS 26, this feature will be displayed in View Played when the phone screen is locked.

This means that when a user sees a cellphone in the form of a locked screen, they will see the album cover moving due to animation. This feature will certainly work if the user is listening to music.

Export Markdown from Apple Notes

The next capability that will come through the iOS 26 update is a markdown feature that can be also reported from Apple Notes. This means that when a user exports notes, the text will still use the format already in use.
