Samsung said this technology will be added to the latest television and soundbar lineup in 2025. The Audio eclipse was developed to deliver dynamic and immersive audio content so that the user viewing experience is much better.

Taeyong Son, Executive Vice President and Head of the R&D Visual Display Business Team at Samsung Electronics, said that this technology is part of home device innovation. This technology is expected to reach more markets in the future.

"We are proud to lead the industry by integrating the Eclipsa Audio into our TV lineup and soundbar," said Taeyong.

Samsung will be the first company to adopt Eclipsa Audio. This technology will be distributed to Crystal UHD series television to the premium flagship model Neo QLED 8K. That way, customers can choose the right device.

This technology can also help YouTube creators who want to maximize their audio content. They can upload videos with the support of the Eclipsa Audio track and users can also watch videos with premium spatial audio support if available.

To ensure the quality of the Audio Eclipse remains consistent, Samsung and Google have collaborated with the Telecommunications Technology Association (TTA). They create a certification program for devices wishing to use Eclipsa Audio.
