JAKARTA - Meta continues to develop its artificial intelligence chatbot (AI), by launching a Meta AI update on WhatsApp that allows users to create images with Meta AI.
Found by WABetainfo, this WhatsApp beta update for Android 2.24.14.20 will allow users to send photos to Meta AI, then ask questions or edit images using a command.
From the uploaded screenshot, it can be seen that WhatsApp is testing the application of a new chat button to allow users to share photos manually with Meta AI.
With this new capability, users will be able to ask questions about their photos, such as identifying objects or providing context.
Meta AI will also offer a feature for editing photos, which allows users to edit their images directly in a chat by providing a command.
Features that allow Meta AI to reply to photos and edit them are in the development stage and may be available in the upcoming update.
