JAKARTA - The South Korean automotive manufacturer Kia announced the change of company name in a virtual launch that was held on Friday, January 15 local time.

One of the reasons for removing the word 'Motors' was to break away from the image of the traditional automotive business model. Not only the company name, the company's new logo and slogan were also announced at this event.

The new slogan 'Movement that inspires' is intended, Kia's commitment to inspire consumers through various products, services and experiences using Kia products.
