JAKARTA - During the Grab Business Forum 2023 event with the theme Digital Forward: Bracing for Market Uncertainties, Grab launched GrabForBusiness, an integrated service platform for digitalization and business solutions to encourage cost efficiency, convenience, transparency, and get a real-time comprehensive report.

In the event, it was stated that the launch of the GrabForBusiness platform was one of Grab's efforts to support the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia.

"In the midst of global economic challenges, Indonesia still has great potential with a projection of 5 percent economic growth in 2023. This fact certainly makes many businesses begin to review their business strategies, especially in carrying out digital transformation," Neneng Goenadi, Country Managing Director of Grab Indonesia.

More than that, the COVID-19 pandemic also proves that technology adoption can encourage companies to have a competitive advantage in meeting market needs and at the same time, increasing operational efficiency in order to build sustainable businesses.

With this launch, GrabForBusiness services are increasingly comprehensive with a variety of services for companies, ranging from transportation (GrabBike and GrabCar), delivery (GrabExpress), food delivery (GrabFood), digital gift vouchers (GrabGifts), shopping (GrabMart) and other Grab services (GrabMaps and GrabAds).

"Our mission at GrabForBusiness is to help companies increase efficiency and digital acceleration (digital forward) by implementing AI ( Artificial Intelligence) technology, IOT (Internet of Things), digitization such as Bluetoothbanks, and building GrabMaps technology," said Roy Nugroho, Director of GrabForBusiness, Grab Indonesia.

Currently, GrabForBusiness has served more than 8,000 company customers throughout Indonesia. Through this Grab Business Forum, Indonesian companies are expected to gain new insight into the role of digitalization as the key in increasing the ability to adapt and build business resilience amid global economic uncertainty.
