How To Apply Picture-in-Picture Mode In Windows 11

JAKARTA - Picture-in-Picture (PiP) mode allows you to watch videos in floating windows, so you can still do other things, without having to close any of the screens.

There are several ways to implement PiP mode in Windows 11. Some of them are as follows:

Using the Film & TV App

The Film & TV and Media Player apps allow you to play videos that are downloaded or stored quickly in PiP mode. This car works for offline videos that are stored, in your PC only.

Here's how to play the dip using the Film & TV or Media Player application on Windows 11:

Play Picture-in-Picture on Google Chrome

Unfortunately, you can't directly stream videos in PiP mode on Google Chrome. You have to download the official Google Picture-in-Picture extension for Chrome. After that, you will be able to play any video that is currently playing in any tab in the floating window.

Using Mini Player Videos on Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox

Unlike Chrome, if you use Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox, you don't need to install separate extensions to play videos in PiP mode.

On Microsoft Edge, you just need to navigate to the video web page and click the Picture-in-Picture button in the video. Whereas on Mozilla Firefox, you have to right-click on the video and select Picture-in-picture.
