Samsung Confirms Galaxy S21 Launch Date

JAKARTA - Samsung has finally confirmed the official date for the launch of its newest smartphone. The successor to the Galaxy flagship smartphone line will be launched on January 14.

Launching The Verge, Monday, January 4, through the 12-second teaser video. Samsung is holding a 'Galaxy Unpacked' event which is likely to be held virtually.

Not much information was revealed by Samsung from the invitation. The South Korean company only displayed a transparent box and a slogan that read "Welcome to Everyday Epic."

Launching from the official statement, the schedule for the 'Galaxy Unpacked' 2021 program will be broadcast live via the Samsung.com website on January 14, 2021 at 22.00 WIB. There are four models that Samsung will introduce from the Galaxy S21 line.

So far, there has been no official leak regarding the specifications of the Galaxy S21. Because the name Samsung is absent from the list of vendors who will adopt the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset.

Although, Samsung is known to routinely release phones with two different chips in a number of countries. Like the flagship Galaxy S20 Series which has two different versions, namely the Snapdragon 865 and Exynos 990 made by Samsung itself.

Another rumor is that the Galaxy S21 Ultra model will be equipped with an S Pen stylus. Including the news that Samsung will follow in Apple's footsteps not to include a charger adapter in the box selling the Galaxy S21.

Given this, all of these are still leaks and rumors. It's good that we look forward to the latest line from the launch of the Galaxy S21.
