This new feature allows all users to be able to convert any bold sticker or emoji into a profile photo for your account, group, or channel.

Telegram also adds a network usage feature that allows you to check how much data has been used in Telegram usage.

Detailed Media Licensing
Now, admins can determine whether group members are allowed to send 9 different types of media, such as photos, voice messages, or video messages. They can also disable text messages to create groups containing the media only.

bot developers can add special buttons that help users choose groups, channels, or users that meet predetermined criteria.
Re-enter with Apple and Google ID
Users who have logged in from the account can re-enter quickly using an Apple account or Google ID without the need to enter an SMS code.
New Custom Emoji
Telegram launched 10 new custom emoji packages from Telegram artists. The company also added hundreds of icons specifically designed for profile photos and groups.
