Blue tick

The Blue feature allows users to view tweets for a few seconds before they are posted publicly. In this way they can correct them to make sure they don't make any type errors before they go live. This feature actually doesn't cancel a live tweet. It only adds a time controller to the post button. Free users can only correct their tweets before pressing the post button as an alternative to this paid feature. Blue users can use it on iOS, Android, and the web.
