JAKARTA - Apple presents a number of new features for Fitness+ applications across its line of smart products, introducing new ways for users to improve their overall health in the new year.

This fitness platform, which is available on iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Apple TV, will launch Kickboxing, a new body-wide cardio exercise.

Each exercise will consist of a different spin of motion followed by one final round, which will incorporate the recently studied movements of the user into a one-minute interval.

No equipment is required, and the drills will last for 10.20, or 30 minutes. Kickboxing will be led by two Fitness+ coaches, Jamie-Ray Hartshorne, known for the Treadmill, HIIT, and Time to Run exercises, trained in muay thai and competed professionally in Thailand.

In addition, Nez Dally will also join the coaching team to lead the Kickboxing exercise. The muay thai fighter made history by becoming the first woman to compete in Thailand wearing a hijab. In his training, he presented a high-achieving athlete push to empower users with every jab, cross, and kick.
