By utilizing chip technology, the police can tell whether the vehicle has ever committed a violation or if there is a violation of the law (from the aspect of law enforcement).

In addition, number plates with chips are said to be more difficult to falsify by irresponsible individuals. This of course can avoid various crime risks, such as theft, fraud, and others.
