JAKARTA - The date and time that appears on your iPhone follows the time zone where you are. That's why, every time you go to a different country or region, it's important to change it according to the time there.

Because, changing the time zone when you travel is useful for getting the right information, and according to the country you are in.

Here are two ways that you can try to change the time zone on your iPhone, which is automatic and also manually. Here are the tutorials for doing both.

You can set to always have the correct time zone by activating the Set option Automatically on your iPhone. To enjoy this iPhone feature, go to Settings > General > Date & Time and Automatically Activate Settings.

If the Time Zone field continues to load and does not display the selected region, you must return to the main Settings page. Go to Privacy & Security > Location Service. Then Enable Location Service if you haven't done it. Then, scroll down and tap System Service. Enable Time Zone Settings.

If you don't want the Location Service to be activated, you can select to change the time zone on your iPhone manually.

Open Settings > General > Date & Time and Deactivating Set Automatically. Next, tap the Time Zone field, enter the city name, and select from the list.
