JAKARTA - One of Apple's features on the iPhone that is quite sophisticated is Live Photos, this has been around since 2015 and was first introduced to the iPhone 6S.

With this feature, users can be creative by combining multiple photos of silence into very short videos, such as GIFs. Live Photos is easy to make because the process is exactly the same as photographing other types of photos.

When the user takes a photo with the Live Photos option, the iPhone camera will take some photos and then combine them to create a smooth animation that lasts about 1.5 seconds.

However, there are some weaknesses Live Photos, in their original format, they can only be seen on other iOS devices.

If you want to maintain Live Photos moves and voices to share on social media, you should convert it into a video first or GIF.

When Live Photos is shared outside of Apple products, it will return to static images. Others, this feature also takes up more storage space than other photos, so you may want to create videos to store elsewhere so you can delete large files from your iPhone.

How to Make Live Photos as Videos on iOS 16

1. Open the Photos app, tap the Album icon and select Live Photos.

2. Select Live Photos from the gallery and tap to open it.

3. With Live Photo your choice is open, tap More's three-dot button at the top right of the screen. It gives you access to the drop down menu.

4. From the resulting menu, select Save option as Video.

5. Show it to Video or album Recents on the Photos app to view new videos. From there you can share it with anyone you like, or whatever social media you have.
