JAKARTA - The NBA announced the launch of its redesigned NBA app on Tuesday, September 27. This update is aimed at providing completeness to all NBA fans of each team.
With all the personalization features being new, the NBA app will provide wall to wall content from each NBA game and will feature vertical videos similar to other social media apps.
In addition to video matches, viewers will also have access to see the players/team behind the scene and the existing events or series for free.

Now, the NBA application, which is a Digital NBA product, the league joint venture with Turner Sports, can be downloaded for free.
In addition, the NBA has also launched a membership program offering profits and awards to fans called NBA ID.
You can join the NBA ID for free. Throughout the season, NBA ID members will gain access to new and favorite original content fans from NBA safes.
There will also be special offerings prepared by NBA partners, in the form of ticket promotions, prizes through the shadow game Pick'Em NBA predictive and lottery style, voting campaigns, and other prizes.
The NBA app is powered by the new NBA integrated digital platform built in partnership with Microsoft, the NBA official cloud and also AI partners.
In the NBA Application design update, you'll see the "For You" tab on the main screen. From there, you'll see a content recommendation based on fan preferences and personalization supported by Microsoft Azure and Azure AI.

For NBA League Pass subscribers, live streaming will feature higher video quality, lower streaming latency, and smooth user experience to consume live NBA content.
The NBA League Pass will return this season at a new, lower price. The standard NBA League Pass package is now available at a price of $14.99 per month or US$99.99 (Rp 1.5 million) for a full season.
Meanwhile, premium packages will be priced at 19.99 US dollars (IDR 304,000) per month and 129.99 US dollars (IDR 1.9 million) for the full season.
