JAKARTA - The futuristic headset that has been Meta's big secret has finally been revealed accidentally. The device is called the Meta Quest Pro.

This news comes after a Facebook user, Ramiro Cardenas shared a video showing the headset. And the video was later re-uploaded by security researcher Kevin Beaumont on his Twitter.

In the video, Cardenas claims that someone left him in the hotel room.

Launching GSM Arena, Wednesday, September 14, this device is certainly more sophisticated than the current Quest 2. If viewed from the video, the Meta Quest Pro is made of black plastic, with a gray background for three cameras at the front of the device. Allows Meta Quest Pro to combine virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) content.

In addition, there are also futuristic-looking controllers, all of which will play a key role in the way people use the metaverse in the future.

The headset looks much thinner than Quest 2, suggesting that it is using a new optical, meaning this device is claimed to be more comfortable to use.

The video also shows a box with the Meta Quest Pro label in the upper left corner and a sticker that reads "not for resaleengineering sample", shows that the device is the final version, not the previous prototype.

Previously, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg confirmed that the headset would be launched in October. But unfortunately, it is not known for sure how much it will cost for the Meta Quest Pro.
