JAKARTA - The shocking news this morning is related to the arrest of Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP) Edhy Prabowo by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). The news of the arrest immediately caught the attention of netizens who actually talked about the former KKP Minister, namely Susi Pudjiastuti.

So far, the KPK has confirmed that the arrest of KKP Minister Edhy Prabowo was carried out at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Cengkareng, on Wednesday morning. This arrest was made because of alleged corruption related to the export of lobster fries or seeds.

"It is true (there were arrests, red) at 01.23 WIB in Soetta there were several KKP and their families," Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission Nurul Ghufron when confirmed.

After carrying out an arrest or hand-arrest operation (OTT), the KPK then has 1x24 hours to determine the legal status of the parties that are secured in this OTT. It is not yet known when the KPK will hold a conference related to this OTT.
