Collaborating With Sandbox, Paris Hilton Creates A Virtual Malibu Mansion On Metaverse

JAKARTA – Top US celebrity Paris Hilton has teamed up with metaverse platform The Sandbox to develop her Virtual Malibu Mansion. This move aims to bring Hilton closer to her fans.

Apart from being an artist, Paris Hilton is also known as a supporter of the NFT and the metaverse. Later the virtual Mansion will be used for various Hilton activities with fans in a new way.

For example, Hilton will host social and community events, including parties and glamorous social experiences in virtual homes. In addition, he is planning a unique Halloween event at his LAND. Additionally, fans can expect 11 new Sandbox avatars that represent Paris Hilton's various personalities.

"I'm really excited to expand Paris World further into the metaverse," said Paris Hilton, quoted from the NFT Evening.

“Collaborating with my amazing partner The Sandbox, my team is dedicated to building amazing real-life experiences for my fans,” he added.

For now, neither The Sandbox nor Paris Hilton have shared any further details about the virtual Malibu Mansion. For your information, Paris Hilton herself has been interested in cryptocurrencies since 2016. Then in 2019, she began to plunge into the world of NFT by releasing her first NFT which was then sold the following year. Proceeds from the sale go to charity.

A year later, Hilton re-launched her NFT collection, Iconic Crypto Queen. From the sale of the NFT, he made 1.1 million US dollars. Apart from making digital art, he is also known as an NFT collector. Hilton owns the popular NFT Bored Ape Yacht Club (BAYC) number #1294.
