JAKARTA – Dubai Police reportedly printed the second Non-Fungible Token (NFT) digital art collection after the initial launch, which received a positive response from the public. Around 23 million people are noted to want to get the Dubai police NFT collection.

The law enforcement agency plans to launch its second NFT collection at the GITEX technology celebration event to be held in 2022. The GITEX event will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center. Following the launch of its first collection, Dubai Police is reported to be the first government entity in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and one of the first in the world, to launch an NFT collection.

Since then, law enforcement agencies claim to have received more than 7,000 orders from people interested in their digital art. Later, the authorities will hold a lottery for the public who want to get NFT for free.

“All participants were contacted to confirm digital wallet addresses, and those who met the requirements were selected in a raffle, where 150 people won and received Dubai Police digital assets for free,” said Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi, Director General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, quoted from Khaleej Times.

Al Razooqi also added that NFT fans from abroad also have the opportunity to get the latest NFT collection which they will launch in the next few months. Fans from overseas can enter the raffle and stand a chance to get a Dubai police NFT for free.

Some of the countries most interactive with the launch of the Dubai Police's NFT include Nigeria, India, Saudi Arabia, and the United States. These countries accounted for the number of views on the NFT with a total of 589,173 views. This number was obtained from various displays of the Dubai police NFT on a number of social media such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
