JAKARTA - Nintendo has acquired CG animation studio Dynamo Pictures. In addition, the game company purchased 100% of Dynamo Pictures and changed its name to Nintendo Pictures Co., Ltd.

In a letter notifying Nintendo's acquisition of Dynamo Pictures, the company said it had a goal of developing visual content using the Nintendo IP, and the deal was expected to close on October 3.
