Cardano Is Selling Well, More Than 1,000 Projects Start Using The ADA Blockchain

JAKARTA – Cardano (ADA) has been attracting the attention of decentralized application developers (DApps) recently. This is evidenced by the inclusion of around 1,000 DApps projects that enter the Cardano network.

Cardano developer Global Input Output (IOG) recently shared Cardano's important achievements in a Twitter post. A total of 1,017 DApps projects have entered into its smart contracts.

“There are over 1,000 #BuildingOnCardano projects and the ecosystem is constantly evolving. That's 1,000+ projects that believe in the Cardano blockchain and its community. Let's see why some of these projects chose #Cardano. In their own words,” the Input Output team wrote on June 16, 2022.

NFT is Cardano's focus. About 40.2 percent of protocols fall into the category of “NFT collections,” while more than 4 percent are NFT marketplaces. Apart from the NFT project, Cardano also facilitates various other decentralized applications such as social media platforms, games, metaverse and more.

For information, Cardano is an open and decentralized public blockchain platform that uses Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus. Cardano was started by the co-founder of Ethereum, Charles Hoskinson, in 2015. Then in 2017, the Cardano blockchain was officially launched.

ADA is Cardano's native token. ADA is currently trading at a price of IDR 7,411 at 14:37 WIB, Friday, June 17, 2022. The price of ADA has fallen 0.8 percent in the last 24 hours. The ADA cryptocurrency had reached its all-time high price at the level of Rp44,039 on September 2, 2021.
