JAKARTA - Thursday, April 7th, Spanish indie publisher BlitWorks announced that Arcade Racer Slipstream, arrived on Xbox, PlayStation 4-5 and Nintendo Switch for $9.99 or IDR 139 thousand.

Slipstream recreates the sprite scaling graphics technique used in 80s and 90s racing games to bring a true-to-life and authentic retro experience to modern hardware, leveraging the extra power to deliver smooth, constant 60FPS gameplay.

It offers up to 4 players split-screen multiplayer and adds a unique blend of modern mechanics and accessibility options to the classic formula, such as rewind, drifting, slipstream, and game speed adjustments.

Beautiful appearance is not the only thing that Slipstream has. This gameplay places a huge focus on drifting and can be very punishing. Fortunately, there is a rewind function to rewind up to five seconds.

In addition to the five unique cars, there are also 20 tracks and six game modes such as Grand Tour, Grand Prix, Cannonball and many more. There are three difficulty levels included along with the option to turn off certain effects and reduce game speed by up to 50 percent.
