Create a Steam Account

You need a Steam account if you want to download and play PUBG.

- Go to Steam home page

- Click login in the upper right corner of the home page

- Click Join Steam on the next page.

- Enter your email, select the country of residence, and enter the CAPTCHA

- Agree to Steam's terms and conditions

- Click Continue

- Check the message that Steam sent to the email you used earlier

- Click Verify My Email Address

- Go back to Steam, and you'll find that it now asks you to create an account

- Choose a username

- Create password

- Click Done

Download Steam Client for Windows

To download and play PUBG on Windows, you will need to install the Steam client onto your machine. To do that, return to the Steam home page and click Install Steam in the top menu. On the next page, click Install Steam again to start installing the client to your desktop.

How to Download PUBG from Steam for Free

Since PUBG is free to play, you just need to download it.

- Launch Steam client on your PC

- Login to your Steam account

- Click the search box in the upper right submenu, enter PUBG

- Press Enter

- Scroll down a bit then click Play Game.

A small window will appear, asking if you want to create a desktop and start menu shortcut for the game and selecting a location to install it. If you are happy with where the game is installed, click Next, otherwise change the download location of the game to where you want it.

Then, agree by clicking I agree. Steam will now tell you that it downloaded PUBG, and all you have to do is click Done.
