JAKARTA - Mexican boxer Canelo Alvarez is fed up with comments accusing him of using doping to improve his performance in the ring.

Recently, Alvarez made a bet to give up all of his possessions if anyone could prove that he had taken any type of doping.

Alvarez's doping test results tested positive for clenbuterol in 2018 and he was banned for six months. Since then, Alvarez has been plagued by allegations including those from Caleb Plant, whom he will fight next month in Las Vegas.

"I can get tested now. I can do a follicle test, which is a test that traces back six months and you get everything (all my fortune)," Canelo told the LA Times.

"(This test is for) all kinds of drugs and not just performance aids, but from marijuana, cocaine, whatever," he continued.

"I risked all my wealth to anyone," he concluded.

Canelo and Plant clashed at their first press conference in September when tensions boiled over and turned into a brawl.

The pair insulted each other as they stared at each other, supposedly private, while Plant continued to call Alvarez a cheat.
