In the continuation of the competition, each club is also required to field U-20 players. This rule is applied to assist PSSI in arranging the Indonesian national team that will appear in the U-20 World Cup in 2021. 4. The competition format will continue with Liga 1 2020.
5. No relegation for this season.
6. Five substitutions for each team in one match.
7. The club conducts a PCR test before the competition and a rapid test every 14 days during the competition.
8. LIB conducts rapid tests for H-1 matches.
