JAKARTA - The day before the opening of the XX Papua National Sports Week (PON), the chairman of the Daily PON Committee Yunus Wonda said preparations had been completed.
The opening ceremony of PON XX Papua will be held on Saturday, October 2 at the Lukas Enebe Stadium, Jayapura, at 19.00 WIT.
Yunus also asked all parties to maintain the security situation until the opening ceremony on Saturday.
The opening ceremony will have the theme of Papua past, present, and future as a momentum for the awakening of Papuan children.
