Bantai Crystal Palace 4-0, Liverpool On The Threshold

JAKARTA - Liverpool are moving one step closer to grabbing their first title in the Premier League era. The Reds successfully slaughtered Crystal Palace 4-0, Thursday, June 25 in the morning.

Trent Alexander-Arnold's free kick midway through the first half put Jurgen Klopp's side on the winning track. So far this season, they have maintained their 100 per cent league record at Anfield.

Currently, Liverpool is just waiting for the results of the match Manchester City will face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the early hours. If Pep Guardiola's men lose, the Reds won't have to wait until July to secure their title against City.

However, should City win, they will remain in the race for the title despite the odds. At least mathematically.
