JAKARTA - Polish striker Robert Lewandowski reportedly wants to leave German giants Bayern Munich in search of a new challenge.
Sky Sports reported on Friday, August 20, that Lewandowski has a target to join another big European club before turning 35 years old. Currently, Lewandowski is 33 years old.
However, as reported by Antara, the plan seems to be hindered by the price set by Bayern.

Bayern are reportedly putting up a price of 100 million pounds (Rp 1.9 trillion) for the Polish striker.
Currently, Lewandowski is still under contract with Bayern until 2023 which makes him only able to leave the Allianz Arena at the age of 35 years.
Until now Bayern have not offered a new contract to Lewandowski and this could make it difficult for him to move to another big European club because of his age.
The price set by Bayern for Lewandowski also makes interested clubs think twice about bringing the Poland captain before his contract expires.
Lewandowski is still happy at Bayern but is eager to experience a new challenge outside of Germany.
During his time at Bayern, Lewandowski has made 331 appearances in all competitions and contributed 297 goals.
In addition, he also contributed seven Bundesliga titles, four German Cups and one Champions League for Bayern.
