Indonesia Finishes In 55th Position In Medal Obtaining At The Tokyo Olympics, Outperforming Messi's Country

JAKARTA - The Indonesian contingent finished in 55th position in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic medal standings. This was confirmed until Sunday, August 8 at 13.50 WIB.

Meanwhile, Indonesia's position is confirmed to be impossible for other countries to shift and will remain in 55th place. This is because all the remaining matches of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, which will be held on the last day of August 8, are only followed by countries that are above Indonesia in standings.

Although it will not be shifted, Indonesia's ranking is down when compared to the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics, where the country managed to be in 46th position in the final standings with 1 gold and 2 silver.

At the Tokyo Olympics, the Indonesian team won one gold, one silver and three bronze medals. The gold medal for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics for Indonesia was successfully presented by the badminton women's doubles Greysia Polii/Apriyani Rahayu.
