JAKARTA – Manchester City showed an impressive performance while undergoing trials at the Manchester City Academy Stadium. Pep Guardiola's team forced Barnsley to pick up four goals from the net, on Sunday (01/08/21) early morning.
The 4-0 win despite playing with several second-tier players showed their consistency in facing the 2021/2022 season. Some of the young players that Pep tried, seemed to want to show they deserved to be the first choice.

At the end of the first half, Manchester City took the lead again after Riyad Mahrez scored the third goal for the 2020/2021 Premier League champions.
