Timur Kapadze arrived in Jakarta to follow a number of agendas (doc. Special).

Jakarta's top coach from Uzbekistan, Timur Kapadze, showed his professional class while completing a series of solid agendas in Jakarta before flying to enjoy a vacation to Pink Beach, Lombok.

Kapadze's exclusive arrival to Indonesia is a series of strategic programs for Egi Sport, which not only provide knowledge transfers, but also carry dual missions, raise the quality of Indonesian football, as well as promote Indonesian tourist destinations to the international stage.

Managing Director of Egi Sport, Rulit Candra, ensures that all Kapadze activities in Jakarta run smoothly, from professional sessions to scheduled relaxing times.

In the midst of a tight schedule and a waiting vacation visa, Kapadze still shows his work ethic without any flaws. One of the important agendas he fulfills is being the main guest of the Garuda TV Ordal podcast.

The podcast is not an ordinary event. Guided by two critically known hosts, Effendi Gazali and Iwel Sastra, the conversation with Kapadze became a space to dissect the development of Indonesian football clearly and sharply.

Effendi brought a critical point of view on the condition of national football, while Iwel Sastra 'the author of Success Inspiration from Football' explored more in the philosophy, character, and disciplinary value brought by Kapadze from Central Asian football.

According to Iwel Sastra, Kapadze's presence opened a new window on how modern coaches work.

"Kapadze is the type of coach who cannot be half-hearted. In fact, when he already holds a holiday visa, his commitment to a professional agenda remains number one," Iwel said in his statement to VOI in Jakarta, Monday, November 24, 2025.

After completing the entire series of tasks in Jakarta, Kapadze immediately flew to Lombok. He chose Pink Beach as the location to release the pink sandy beach which is known to be calm and stunning.

However, the soul of a coach never really takes a day off. On the sidelines of the break, Kapadze still took the time to touch the ball with the Egi Sport team who had prepared light training facilities.

The relaxed moment actually emphasized that his passion for the foreigner's skin never goes out.

Kapadze's professionalism, starting from fulfilling media invitations to staying actively playing even though he is on vacation, is a strong signal of his closeness to the Indonesian football community.

This solid collaboration designed by Egi Sport not only brings new experiences to the national football public, but also strengthens emotional relations between Kapadze and Indonesia.

Meanwhile, it was widely heard that Kapadze was linked as one of the candidates for the Indonesian national team coach to replace Patrick Kluivert.

PSSI also plans to conduct interviews with these candidates. However, until now the federation has not disclosed the question of the five candidates who entered the interview stage.
