NTB Governor Prays For Marquez To Finish At The Mandalika Circuit

Marc Marquez, who has secured the 2025 MotoGP world title, met President Prabowo Subianto ahead of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2025 on October 3-5, 2025 at the Mandalika Circuit, Lombok NTB. BETWEEN

The MANDALIKA CIRCUIT - Governor of West Nusa Tenggara Province Lalu Muhamad Iqbal prays for Ducati Lenovo racer Marc Marcuez to finish at the Mandalika Circuit.

"I pray that Marc Marcuez can finish at the Mandalika Circuit. Whoever the winner is," he said when asked by reporters at the Mandalika Circuit, Central Lombok, Saturday.

According to him, even though he did not win once at the Mandalika Circuit, the Ducati Lenovo racer has become the 2025 MotoGP world champion.

"It's clear that the world champion is too. So, we just pray that Marquez can finish in Mandalika," he said.

In the sprint race which took place at the Mandalika Circuit, Saturday, Aprilia Racing racer Marco Bezzecchi won, followed by Geresini Racing racer Fermin Aldeguer in second place and third place filled with Track House racer Raul Fernandez. Meanwhile, Ducati Lenovo racer Marc Marquez finished seventh.
