PBSI Tests Rian With Yeremia And Rahmat

Muhammad Rian Ardianto will have two different tandems in several tournaments in the future (doc. PBSI).

JAKARTA The Indonesian Badminton Association (PBSI) will try out Muhammad Rian Ardianto with Yeremia Rambitan and Ramhat Hidayat to find the best formula.

This was confirmed by the men's doubles coach, Antonius Budi Ariantho, in an official statement from PBSI Public Relations received by the media on Thursday, September 4, 2025.

Rian/Yeremia will be tried at the Super 750 China Masters which will be held on 16-21 September 2025 and the Super 500 Korea Open which will take place on 23-28 September 2025.

"To find alternatives, Rian will also be paired with Rahmat Hidayat," Anton said in the statement.

Meanwhile, Rian/Rahmat will be tried at the Denmark Open 2025 (14-19 October), France Open 2025 (21-26 October), and Hylo Open 2025 (28 Okt-2 Nov).

"From there, we will see their performances in a chemistry, how between Rian/Yeremia and Rian/Rahmat. As a result, we will be considered in the future."

"The remaining series of tournaments in 2025 will be the Kumamoto Masters and the Australian Open. From these results, I will determine who Rian will pair up with," said Anton.

As long as Rian is paired with the two names, Fajar will be partnered with Muhammad Shohibul Fikri. The plan, Fajar/Fikri will play at the China Masters and the 2025 Korea Open.

The two names previously played together at the Japan and China Open in July 2025. Their duet managed to bring home the title of the China Open, a tournament leveled Super 1000 BWF.
