Dimas Drajad Called By The Indonesian National Team For The 2026 World Cup Qualification

JAKARTA - Persib Bandung striker, Dimas Drajad, had the opportunity to enter the Indonesian national team squad in the Third Round of the 2026 World Cup Qualification. PSSI's summons was made by PSSI through an official letter to the club.

The 27-year-old player was asked to join the Garuda Squad in a letter numbered 3827/AGB/527/VIII-2024 signed by the Secretary-General of PSSI, Yunus Nusi.

"PSSI summoned Mr. Muhammad Dimas Drajad to take part in the 2026 FIFA World Cup 3rd Round Qualification," the letter said as reported by the official website of Persib on Friday, August 16, 2024.

Through this letter, Dimas was asked to have joined the Indonesian national team on August 31, 2024.

Dimas's call to the Indonesian national team clearly adds many options for Shin Tae-yong to mix the line in front of the team.

However, Dimas must also fight hard to become a starter because the competition is certain to be fierce in front of the Red and White Team so tight.
