Carlos Pena: Persija Is Not Afraid To Face The Strongness Of Arema's Defense

Persija's front line gets a tough task against Arema in the second match of the 2024 Presidential Cup group (doc. President's Cup).

JAKARTA - Persija Jakarta coach, Carlos Pena, realizes Arema FC's great strength will be the opponent in the second match of the 2024 President's Cup. However, the coach believes that the Kemayoran Tigers will not be afraid.

Persija Jakarta will face Arema FC at the I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Gianyar, on Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 19.30 WIB. Victory will be the target of Carlos Pena's team to smooth the steps to the semifinals.

However, the Kemayoran Tigers front line players have a tough task. You see, currently Arema FC has a sturdy wall with the presence of Lucas Henrique Frigeri under the crossbar.

The presence of the goalkeeper who was named the best player in the previous match against Bali United, Carlos Pen admitted that Arema's defense cannot be underestimated.
