Send Me Location, Will Khabib Nurmagomedov's Hard Code Comeback To The Octagon?

JAKARTA - Signs of Khabib Nurmagomedov will come out of retirement and fight again. Nurmagomedov had a meeting with former UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta.

The man from Dagestan hung his gloves last October after defeating Justin Gaethje. He doesn't want to fight without his father who died from COVID-19.

However, UFC president Dana White refused to give up on convincing Nurmagomedov to return to the octagon. At the very least, fight one more time, to round the number of battles to 30.

Now the signs are starting to appear. Nurmagomedov met with former UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta and then took to Twitter.

"Send me location" has become a trademark phrase for the champion after first using it in 2018 to address Conor McGregor.

White previously flatly refused to relinquish the title from the Nurmagomedov belt. He's instead planning to hold an unofficial tournament to decide on the next 155lb champion.

He claims Nurmagomedov had told him he would return to the octagon if he was impressed by the stunts of McGregor or Dustin Poirier in their UFC 257 rematch earlier this year.

However, when Poirier won the rematch, Nurmagomedov was reluctant to commit to returning.
