Kushedya Hari Yudo Scores One Goal And Assist, Shin Tae-yong: Less Aggressive

JAKARTA - Indonesian national team coach Shin Tae-Yong admitted that he was not satisfied with the performance of his attacker, Kushedya Hari Yudo, even though the 27-year-old player made one goal and one assist in two trial matches for the Garuda squad.

"Yudo has been working hard in training but still has to improve his power," said Shin at the Gelora Bung Karno Intermediate Stadium, Jakarta, last Sunday.

Then, the South Korean tactician also considered the Arema FC club attacker to be less 'ferocious' in the opponent's territory.

Shin also asked Kushedya to be more aggressive in order to attract the attention of opposing players. Because if this is the case, then the national team midfielders have sufficient space to create goal opportunities.

"Yudo must move more aggressively so that midfielders who are looking for free space in the opponent's defense will have more opportunities," said the South Korean national team coach at the 2018 World Cup.

Finally, he also asked Kushedya and all national team players to continue to maintain and improve their physical condition.

This physical case has indeed become one of Shin's scourges while handling the Indonesian national team. Moreover, currently, the condition is exacerbated by the cessation of soccer competitions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

"All players must make their condition more fit so that the quality of the Indonesian national team will be better," said Shin.

Kushedya Yudo, who throughout his football career has only strengthened the Indonesian national team in 2020 at the call of Shin Tae-Yong, actually performed well in the two trial matches of the 2021 SEA Games preparation for the national team, against Tira Persikabo, Friday, March 5 and Bali United, Sunday, yesterday.

When competing against Tira Persikabo, which the national team won 2-0, Kushedya created one assist for Muhammad Rafli's goal.

Meanwhile, when he met Bali United, the 27-year-old man scored one goal to help Garuda win 3-1.

Apart from Shin, Kushedya Yudo's appearance also received comments from national team striker Osvaldo Haay who gave him an assist for the goal against Bali United.

According to Osvaldo, Yudo is a good striker and full of experience.
