Trabzonspor Vs Fenerbahce Match Is Chaotic, Former Chelsea Striker Fights With Supporters

JAKARTA - The 30th week of the Turkish Super League match between Trabzonspor vs Fenerbahce at Papara Park Stadium, Monday, March 18, 2024, early morning WIB, ended in chaos.

The host's invasion of supporters into the field was triggered by Trabzonspor's 2-3 defeat to Fenerbahce.

The incident began when the match was still 2-2 until the 85th minute. When the match seemed to end in a draw, Michy Batshuayi actually scored Fenerbahce's winning goal in the 87th minute.

The former Chelsea striker then celebrated that ignited the anger of supporters of Trabzonspor.

At its peak, the three matches were over and Fenerbahce players gathered in the middle circle, supporters began to take to the field.

The field invaders were then chased by security forces. However, this only made the host audience even more angry.

Suddenly, many supporters attacked Fenerbahce players. Some bad scenes caught on camera.

For example, when security officers tried to form a circle around the guest supporters while escorting them to the tunnel.

In addition, what stole the show was clashes across the pitch between Fenerbahce players and Tabzonspor supporters.

One of the videos recorded the moment Batshuayi fired a high shot spinning into one of the supporters of Trabzonspor.

There is also a former Queens Park Rangers player, Bright Osayi-Samuel, who dropped one of the supporters with his boxing.

Shortly thereafter, security forces took over the riots on the pitch and Fenerbache players rushed to the dressing room.

Riots did not only occur in the field. Clashes broke out between stands belonging to club officials and supporters of Trabzonspor.

It appears that one of the top officials at Fenerbahce threw cups and other items at the host's supporters.

Meanwhile, Fenerbahce returned from the Trabzonspor home with three points. Three of the visitors' winning goals were contributed by former Manchester United stars, Fred (13' and 45+4'), and Batshuayi's goal (87').

Then, the hosts only managed to score two goals through the actions of Enis Bardhi (63') and Mahmoud Hassan (78').
