There Are Already 13 Victims, This Is The Premier League Premier Manager's Timeline Who Fired The 2022/2023 Season

JAKARTA Graham Potter has become the 13th manager to be sacked in the English Premier League this season. This extends the manager's record for one season in England's highest caste.

Tottenham Hotspur's dismissal last month has surpassed the previous record of 10 times. This number increased to 12 times when Leicester sacked Brendan Rodgers.

Rodgers, 50, was sacked by Leicester City after Crystal Palace's defeat last weekend. Results that made the Foxes even worse in the relegation zone.

After the two names above, Potter was kicked out of the Chelsea coaching chair after a 0-2 defeat to Aston Villa. The result keeps the Blues standing in the middle of the standings with a collection of 38 points.

Here's the timeline for the dismissal of the English Premier League manager for the 2022/2023 season:

August 2022: Scott Parker

Parker brought Bournemouth promoted last season, but did not make it past their first month in the English Premier League after a 0-9 loss to Liverpool.

September 2022: Thomas Tuchel

A surprising defeat in the European Champions League to Dinamo Zagreb saw Chelsea fire Thomas Tuchel. The Blues then quickly hooked up Graham Potter Brighton to replace him.

October 2022: Bruno Lage And Steven Gerrard

Wolverhampton Wanderers let alone part with Bruno Lage at the beginning of the month, before Steven Gerrard was sacked by Aston Villa.

November 2022: Ralph Hasenhuttl

An unsatisfactory result obtained by Southampton made Ralph Hasenhuttl fired and replaced by Nathan Jones.

January 2023: Frank Lampard

Everton, who is worried about being relegated, cost Frank Lampard his role at Goodison Park.

February 2023: Jesse Marsch And Jones

Leeds ended Jesse Marsch's difficult times as coach before Jones became Southampton's second victim this season after only three months as coach.

March 2023: Patrick Vieira and Antonio Conte

Prior to this season, the record number of sackings in the Premier League was 10 that occurred on the previous three occasions.

The 2013/2014 season was the first season where the dismissal rate doubled. At that time Fulham donated two of those numbers, when Martin Jol and Rene Meulensteen were sacked. There was a record 15 dismissals in 2017/2018, with 10 sacks occurring during the season. That includes two dismissals from Southampton (Mauel and Mauricio Pellegrino) and West Brom (Tony Pulis and Alan Pardew).
