Bandung BJB Awaits Opponents At The 2023 Proliga Grand Final

SOLO - The defending champion of Proliga, Bandung Bank BJB Tandamata, became the first team to make sure to qualify for the grand final which will be held at GOR Amongrogo Yogyakarta, March 18, 2023. The mission to defend the title is even more in sight.

Alim Suseno's team stepped into the top party after defeating Gresik Petrokimia with a score of 3-0 (25-17, 25-21, 25-20) in the third series of the fourth final at the Sritex Arena Solo Sports Center, Thursday, March 9.

The victory confirmed Wilda Siti Nurfadhillah et al. at the top of the standings with four wins and one loss in the top four. The only defeat of Bank bjb's troops was from Jakarta BIN 0-3 in the series 2 final four duel in Semarang last week.

"We are grateful that we have achieved the grand final ticket, according to the initial target. This is thanks to the hard struggle, discipline and cohesiveness of the players and coaches," said Assistant Manager of Bandung BJB, Rega Pahala's younger brother, in a written statement.

The same thing was conveyed by the team captain, Wilda Siti Nurfadhilah. He said his team's hard work had paid off.

"Now we are mentally prepared to face the top match," said Wilda.

Now Bandung BJB is waiting for the opponent. Another ticket will be contested by Jakarta Pertamina Fastron and Jakarta BIN.
