Zidane Isolating Himself After Contact With Positive People With COVID-19

JAKARTA - Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane has had to self-isolate after coming into contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, Spanish daily ABC said on Thursday.

So far, Real Madrid has yet to comment on the news.

Reuters, citing ABC, said Zidane met the positive contact on Thursday morning.

After that he missed Real Madrid's training session ahead of La Liga's away match at Osasuna's headquarters on Saturday.

The report said that the French coach had tested and was awaiting the results.

As per protocol, La Liga will allow Zidane to return to his duties if he has isolated himself for three days and received negative results before returning to training or taking part in matches.
