The manager of the Thailand national team, Nualphan Lamsam or Madam Pang, was made wary of the continuation of the 2022 AFF Cup group phase. The reason is, in the fourth match, his troops will visit the headquarters of the Indonesian national team.

Thailand is currently at the top of Group A of the 2022 AFF Cup standings with a total of 6 points. The points are the same as Indonesia has, but Thailand has the right to the top because it is ahead of goal difference.
