JAKARTA - four-time NBA champion Stephen Curry, who has been sidelined since experiencing a dislocation on part of his left shoulder, will be out for at least another two weeks, NBA champions Golden State Warriors said Saturday (Sunday 25 December morning WIB),

Curry, who picked up an injury on December 14 in Indiana while trying to do a steal, has missed his team's last four games.

Warriors said that Curry recently re-evaluated his injury and the results of the examination said he "showed good progress" in his recovery and "will be re-evaluated in two weeks," the team said in a statement to AFP, quoted by Antara.

The 34-year-old guard, two-time NBA best player (MPV) and last season's NBA MPV Finals, will miss at least six games in the next two weeks, starting with Sunday's Golden State home fight against Memphis.

The match is part of the NBA's annual series of matches on Christmas Day, this year features five games involving most of the best league clubs and top stars.

In another holiday match, Philadelphia 76ers will visit New York while Dallas hosts Los Angeles Lakers Milwaukee traveling to Boston and Phoenix playing in Denver.
