Fabio Quartararo's Accident When Jajal Motocross, Here's The Condition

JAKARTA - MotoGP racer Fabio Quartararo suffered a broken left hand during the competition holiday. This unfortunate fate happened to him while riding a motocross.

The news was shared by this Yamaha racer on his Instagram account. In his latest upload, Quartararo showed his left hand wrapped in thick braids.

In a statement made, Quartararo told how the accident happened. So he also had to be sidelined for recovery.

"Yesterday I had an accident during motocross practice and I suffered a small fracture in my left hand. There is no need for surgery, it's time to recover," Quartararo was quoted as saying on his Instagram account on Tuesday, December 13.

Currently, the MotoGP competition is taking a break ahead of the new season. This free time is what Quartararo uses to practice with motocross.

Quartararo now has to focus on recovering. The reason is that he must prepare himself and his motorbike to be able to perform better in MotoGP 2023.

Before the new season starts, the 2023 MotoGP pre-season test will be held at the Sepang Circuit, Malaysia, on February 5 to 7.

Furthermore, there was a second test at the same location on February 10-12 and continued with the pre-season test at the Algarve Circuit, Portugal on March 11-12, 2023.
