JAKARTA - Indonesian racer, Andi Farid Idhizar or familiarly called Andi Gilang, won the first race of the 2022 Supersport600 Asia Road Racing Championship class in Thailand, Saturday, November 19, 2022.
In the race which took place at the Buriram Circuit, the Astra Honda Racing Team rider absorbed the host, Nakarin Atiratphuvapat, who was 1.050 seconds adrift.

With the results in this first race, Helmi Azman is still at the top of the standings with 147. Andi Gilang is in second place with 133 points.
Andi Gilang is now increasingly threatening Helmi Azman's position. Currently, both of them are only 14 points adrift.
With one remaining race to be held on Sunday, November 20, at the same circuit, Andi Gilang still has the opportunity to become the SS600 class champion.
