JAKARTA - Social media users in Indonesia immediately championed four names to become the next PSSI General Chair to replace Mochamad Iriawan in line with the federation's plan to accelerate the extraordinary congress (KLB).

PSSI in a press statement on their official website on Monday, October 31, confirmed that it had sent a letter to FIFA regarding the KLB proposal. Through this letter, the federation also hopes that FIFA can provide recommendations for the congress to be held before November 7.

This hope is intended so that PSSI can make a congressional notification to members at least 60 days before the congress, such as the provisions of the PSSI statutes article 32 paragraph 2.
